Ingredients For 6 people
- 2 slices of beef tagliata, sliced thin
- 1 kg of firm flesh potatoes (Belle de Fontenay or Pompadour)
- 1 pack of sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 bottle of Floreffe Prima Melior
- 500 gr of rocket salad
- 1 block of parmesan
Preparation 45 min.
Peel and cut your potatoes into small cubes and sauté them first for more or less 5 minutes (until the potato is well browned), then cook on a low heat for 30 min. Potatoes should be soft, but also retain their consistency. Season to taste. Prepare your salad: Wash your rocket, add the finely chopped sun dried tomato, sprinkle with parmesan shavings and season with 3 spoons of balsamic vinegar, 5 spoons of olive oil, and a little salt and pepper. 10 minutes before serving, slightly cook your meat on a plancha, add salt and pepper and spices to taste!
