Floreffe Triple, which plays on woody and spicy aromas mixed with fruity notes, all accompanied by a hint of caramel, was the favorite of the monks of the Abbey of Floreffe. To contribute to its balance and to its foam stability, this beer is traditionally refermented in the bottle .
