Hopus - Polo’s Secrets
Ingredients for four servings :
- 200 gr Bleu d'Auvergne, Roquefort or other type of blue cheese
- 200 gr mature cumin cheese
- 200 gr Herve cheese
- 100 gr walnuts
- 75 gr mixed salad
- 4 bottles of Hopus
- Toast, French loaf and rye bread
Preparation :
Compose a cheese platter of the above-mentioned types of cheese together with other types of similar cheeses. Garnish with mixed salad and walnuts and serve with toast, French loaf and rye bread. Serve with a nice cold glass of Hopus.
