Hopus - Polo’s Secrets

Ingredients for four servings :

  • 200 gr Bleu d'Auvergne, Roquefort or other type of blue cheese
  • 200 gr mature cumin cheese
  • 200 gr Herve cheese
  • 100 gr walnuts
  • 75 gr mixed salad
  • 4 bottles of Hopus
  • Toast, French loaf and rye bread

Preparation :

Compose a cheese platter of the above-mentioned types of cheese together with other types of similar cheeses. Garnish with mixed salad and walnuts and serve with toast, French loaf and rye bread. Serve with a nice cold glass of Hopus.
